We do not prescribe medication or provide clinical mental health counseling.

3. Assumption of Risk & Client Responsibility: You acknowledge that physical exercise and changes to nutrition or lifestyle involve inherent risks of injury or health complications. 4. No Guarantee of Results: Spark Wellness, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the level of success you may experience. You accept the risk that results will differ for each individual, as success depends on your personal effort, commitment, health condition, and follow-through.
Payment and Service Terms
All pricing, payment, cancellation, and refund policies for coaching services are governed by your separate Coaching Agreement and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our website or services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
