Refund Policy

1. Coaching Services

If the Client desires to terminate the relationship before 3 months (length of coaching agreement), a full refund of the remaining sessions will be offered. Refunds for remaining sessions will be processed within 14 business days of the termination notice.

The Coach and Client agree to begin and finish all appointments on time. The Client agrees to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, without a change fee. Any changes or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If the Client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the Coach will assume that the appointment is canceled, and the Client will be responsible for the full coaching fee.

2. Purchased Materials/Downloadable Products

All sales for online materials/downloadable products are final. Because these are digital resources that are instantly delivered and cannot be returned, refunds are not offered once materials have been purchased. If a client experiences a technical issue preventing access to the purchased material, they must notify the Coach within 7 days for resolution or a possible refund.

3. Bootcamps for Teenagers

In-Person Attendees:

Full Refund: A full refund will be provided for cancellations received one month or more before the scheduled date of the bootcamp. This deadline is set to account for the ordering of supplies.
Partial Refund (70%): A 70% refund will be provided for cancellations received within one month of the bootcamp date, up until the day of attendance, due to the cost of supplies already purchased and because I will have spent time preparing material based on the number of attendees.
No Refund: No refunds will be offered once the participant has attended the bootcamp.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the written cancellation notice.

Virtual Attendees:

Full Refund: A full refund will be guaranteed for any cancellation received up until the time of the virtual session attendance. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the written cancellation notice. No refunds will be offered once the participant has attended the virtual session.
