Hi, I’m Rinda Shoemaker, the coach behind Spark Wellness!
My approach to health is shaped by both professional education and personal experience. With a Bachelor of Science from BYU in Exercise & Wellness and certifications in wellness coaching and personal training, I’ve spent years studying the science of behavior change, movement, and long-term health. I use that foundation to create safe, realistic plans for women who want to feel capable and strong at every age.
But my passion for wellness goes beyond education and certifications. Movement and healthy habits haven’t always come naturally to me. Through both personal experience and years of study, I’ve learned how important it is to build habits that feel enjoyable, manageable, and supportive of real life, not overwhelming or extreme.
Living in Utah, I love spending my time outdoors or with my friends and family. I’m passionate about helping you navigate the noise of the wellness industry to find a well-rounded path you truly love, one that supports your health, your energy, and your future.

The Coaching Process

Free Consultation
We’ll talk through your goals, lifestyle, past experiences with wellness, and the challenges you’re currently navigating.
I’ll also walk you through my coaching approach so you can get a clear sense of what support could look like moving forward.

Intake & Reflection
Before we begin, you’ll complete wellness and lifestyle reflections designed to help me better understand your health history, routines, goals, and priorities.
This process also gives you space to reflect on where you are now and where you want to go.

First Session
Your first 60-minute session is where we turn insight into action. Together, we’ll identify your priorities, simplify the path forward, and begin creating routines that support your health in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

Weekly Support
Coaching begins with weekly 45-minute sessions focused on building consistency, navigating real life, and celebrating progress!
I will also be avialable for ongoing support between sessions so your plan can continue evolving with your weekly needs.
